Job Description:
As Field Application Consultant Excellence in the EMEAI Sales, Diagnostics & Genomics group, you will support our customers in pathology laboratories. We aim to provide timely, high-quality cancer diagnostics to improve patients' quality of life. We foster a culture of feedback, recognition, and continuous development.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of demo and training layouts
2. Customer visits, training sessions, and product demonstrations
3. Internal training for sales teams and technical support
4. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing to promote products
5. Participation in clinical sessions with pathologists as a consultant
6. Adapting products to customer needs, where approved
7. Reagent optimization in collaboration with relevant teams
8. Preparation and translation of user guides and manuals
9. Providing technical support to customers
10. Handling customer complaints and inquiries in collaboration with sales and technical groups
11. Preparing technical documentation for tenders
12. Organizing seminars and training for lab stakeholders
13. Attending congresses and meetings
14. Closing service orders and registering time in SAP
15. Participating in sales and FACE meetings, preparing presentations
16. Attending FACE training sessions
17. Reporting on training, demos, and support activities
18. Adhering to global guidelines and best practices
Requirements:
1. Master's, PhD, or Medical Laboratory Technologist degree in Histopathology or related field
2. Extensive experience in pathology workflows, staining, and immunohistochemistry
3. Strong teaching and coaching skills
4. Good business understanding and customer focus
5. Flexible, goal-oriented, structured, and quality-minded
6. Team-oriented with a focus on collective success
7. Proficient in English
