Are you ready to join us and be a part of this exciting adventure?What is it like being a General Manager’s Right Hand at OVRSEA?The General Manager Spain’s Right Hand internship is a very entrepreneurial one-time opportunity to participate in the early development of a scale-up’s local office and activity.Within our local fast-growing team, you will work directly with Nacho, our General Manager. Your primary missions will be to support and help frame our development, with the ultimate goal of enabling our Sales & Operations.This is both a strategic and operational position that mixes very diverse operational, data, finance and product issues. It will allow you to collaborate with different teams on various projects that are crucial to support OVRSEA's development in Spain.Challenges for the Spanish Team in 2026Continue our strong two-digit growth with an ambitious planAcquiring mid-cap & key account clients and new verticalsKeep being profitableKeep growing our local team of strong individualsJoin us to support our team in Spain!Your missionsSupport to the development of our Spanish office and activity (60%)Conduct in-depth data analysis (sales performance, financial performance, operational productivity, client recurrence, unit margin, trends, etc.) to identify improvement levers and recommend concrete action plansRun extensive lead generation initiatives to feed the Spanish sales pipeline and support BDRs and AEs in closing new accountsAct as CRM referent for the Spanish team: ensure data reliability, optimize processes and improve sales performance trackingRun local marketing missions (coordination of webinar planning, email campaigns, Linkedin posts, etc.)Prepare monthly 360° reporting to the ExCo, detailing our financial, operational and sales performanceSupport the construction and monitoring of the local Business Plan, including financial forecasting and profitability analysisContribute to accounting follow-up and financial performance monitoringPrepare structured reporting (financial, operational and sales performance) to support strategic decision-makingServe as a local point of contact and relay between Spanish office and HQ teamsProject management (20%) in collaboration with Business Performance teamConduct structuring projects in autonomy, in order to increase sales teams performance or generate new business opportunities. Examples:Automate low-value added CRM tasks, via AI application, in collaboration with GenAI teamBuild and increase adoption of sales career path monitoring tool, across all OVRSEA officesImprove our selling techniques via increased knowledge-sharing between OVRSEA offices (procurement, TPC) and our Spanish office, in alignment with Spanish market specificitiesRecruitment (20%)Source profiles and manage a diverse pipe of candidatesAdapt our recruitment strategy to local marketContribute to building out local office cultureDrive local legal and HR projectsIn this very early stage project, we expect a high level of flexibility as you might work on very various tasks, and they will evolve along the internship.Are you the One?You are looking for an internship starting on the 1st of July 2026 for at least 6 monthsYou have at least one previous internship with a relevant experienceYou have an analytical mind with an appetite for data, but you also know how to dive into the operational side of thingsYou have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and organizational skillYou are fluent in English.
