Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Strategy Development: Define and implement procurement strategies for assigned categories (OPEX and/or CAPEX) in collaboration with internal stakeholders to optimize costs, quality, service, and value.
- Supplier Management: Actively manage assigned suppliers to provide a competitive advantage, identifying opportunities and risks through a comprehensive view of the supply chain and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Sourcing & Rationalization: Identify, select, and qualify new suppliers. Lead and execute supplier rationalization programs while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Budgeting & Planning: Collaborate with internal departments to prepare the procurement budget, followed by consistent tracking, review, and work plan definition.
- Market Alignment: Maximize the supply market's contribution to the business strategy and operational goals, performing periodic performance monitoring.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiation processes and the closing of commercial agreements, driving cost-reduction programs and monitoring savings.
- Proactive Engagement: Promote early procurement involvement in internal business projects through proactive stakeholder management.
- Compliance & Audits: Supervise adherence to procurement policies and processes, and participate in supplier audits when required.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Requirements: You'll excel if you have...
- Education: A degree in Engineering or Economics.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar procurement role, with knowledge of industrialization processes, operations, and services.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Lean Methodologies.
- Specialized Training: Specific training or certification in Procurement/Supply Chain.
- Languages: A high level of English is required.
- Mobility: Availability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
