Position Overview
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to work closely with senior management and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor in all people-related matters. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to define and execute talent strategies and organizational development plans.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.
- Contribute to compensation and benefits programs, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Spanish labor law.
- Drive initiatives in employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Act as a strategic link between employees, managers, and leadership.
- Participate in general HR projects and align local practices with international guidelines.
What You Bring
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in HRBP or HR generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Previous experience in international or matrix organizations is highly valued.
- High level of English is essential.
