Job Description
Responsible for pre-sales / after-sales technical support, including :
* Technical support for customer development of sales opportunities
* Technical support during project delivery and commissioning
* After-sales technical support post-delivery
Responsible for resolving technical issues, tracking feedback, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, involves gathering customer requirements, communicating them to R&D, analyzing customer feedback to identify trends, and driving product improvements. Also, responsible for creating technical documentation and training materials, and compiling repair case studies.
Requirements
Candidate should have :
* Bachelor degree or above, 1+ years of relevant experience in electric power, communication, electronics, measurement and control, automotive service engineering, or related fields
* Preferred experience in charging piles and new energy industry
* Strong work methodology, execution, pressure resistance, teamwork, learning ability, service consciousness, responsibility, meticulousness, self-motivation
* Fluent in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus
