You'll research and develop new equipment, draft technical project objectives, and prepare CAPEX or improvement project proposals.You'll also:* Oversee day-to-day production processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring malfunctions.* Lead or participate in CAPEX projects, manage installations and start-ups of new process equipment, and ensure successful completion within budget and timelines.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance with internal and external standards.**Who we're looking for**We're looking for someone who is responsible, accountable, and ready to **Own this role**.
