In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle; from prospecting and qualification to demos, negotiation, and signed agreements; while representing FirstIgnite at industry conferences and events. You’ll be a key partner to our Product and Partnerships teams, ensuring customer needs and market insights directly shape platform improvements. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities: /b /pulliBook qualified appointments and manage a steady pipeline of prospects. /liliIdentify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities. /liliConduct technical product demos tailored to customer needs. /liliNegotiate pricing and contract terms. /liliSecure signatures and close SaaS agreements. /liliTravel to conferences and events as a FirstIgnite representative. /liliBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. /liliProvide timely, actionable feedback to the Product team to refine platform features. /liliReport directly to the Head of Partnerships. /li /ulp /ppbRequirements: /b /pulliProven experience closing SaaS contracts and managing the full sales cycle. /liliBased in Europe with fluency in English and at least one additional language (German, French, or Spanish preferred). /liliStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. /liliHighly effective working in a remote environment; self-motivated with excellent time management. /liliAbility to understand technical products and translate value clearly to prospects. /liliStrong organization, pipeline management, and CRM proficiency. /liliComfort with outbound outreach, lead qualification, and demo delivery. /liliAbility to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events. /liliResults-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. /li /ulpbr/p
