We are looking for a
Senior Conversational Designer
who is capable of combining
Artificial Intelligence
with the
best UX Design practices
to create and evolve agile, effective, and humanized conversational interactions. This person will have the opportunity to consider the entire user journey, designing intelligent and intuitive solutions for multiple digital channels such as WhatsApp, Blipchat, Messenger, Instagram, among others. Creative, technical, and analytical skills, along with strong collaboration abilities, are essential for this position, as it will involve a great deal of interaction between countries such as Mexico and Brazil. In your day-to-day, you will work in squads and also and also have the opportunity to participate in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives applied to conversational design. You will also benefit from regular knowledge-sharing meetings, career development plans, and interactive reports to track your performance.
The main responsibilities you will have are:
Gather, use, and apply inputs that enable the construction and evolution of the product based on the client’s business goals/rules and user needs;
Analyze needs, technical feasibility, and opportunities for using AI in each delivery;
Conduct workshops and other dynamics with clients and users for diagnostics, co-creations, and validations;
Design end-to-end conversational flows, applying UX best practices and cognitive principles (NLP, Generative AI, Regex, Fuzzy Matching) to ensure fluid and effective interactions;
Model, monitor, and improve chatbot AI, ensuring brand and language consistency across all user touchpoints;
Master the Blip platform’s functionalities, our AI products, and other cognitive solutions available in the market;
Materialize ideas for stakeholder validation through prototypes and dynamic presentations;
Define requirements andscripts for conversational experience quality testing;
Define and monitor conversational experience metrics;
Generate insights to feed the chatbot’s evolutionary roadmap;
Document the entire process following the area’s recommendations and best practices;
Use AI to optimize internal workflows;
Participate in internalinitiatives to support development, disseminate knowledge, and strengthen the conversational ecosystem;
Work collaboratively and integratively with non-technical teams, fostering strategic discussions and continuously sharing learnings.
What are the requirements? Experience with research techniques, personas, and user journey mapping;
Experience in Information Architecture, Design Thinking, and Design Systems;
Familiarity with prototyping solutions and usability testing;
Proficiency in writing techniques (UX Writing);
Ability to facilitate sessions with stakeholders;
Curating and architecting AI applied to chatbots;
Understanding and practical application of RegEx and Fuzzy Match;
Experience with AI providers like Watson, LUIS, and Dialogflow;
Knowledge of conversational interaction experience metrics;
Data extraction and analysis (SQL, Python);
Basic understanding of prompt engineering;
Strong interest in creative processes, user behavior, and innovation;
Experience with design tools (e.G., Figma) and agile methodologies;
Process and project documentation and organization;
Good time management and prioritization;
Excellent communicationskills and client-facing abilities.
It’s a plus if you have:
Solid experience in multichannel conversational interactions;
Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts;
Familiarity with the Blip platform;
Flexibility and adaptability to constant context changes;
Intermediate proficiency in Portuguese.
