You will work closely with the client to manage contractors, ensure compliance with project requirements, and address technical, contractual, and schedule issues.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate Contract team to ensure timely, compliant contractor work.- Oversee quality, schedule and cost during construction.- Collaborate with client.- Maintain strong relationships with client and contractors to resolve issues.- Manage technical documentation and reporting on progress and risks.- Support planning, scheduling, and corrective action implementation.- Lead project/contract review meetings and track assigned tasks.Requirements:- Proven experience on large, complex data centre projects.- Skilled in automation and control, cost control, and contract administration.- Strong commercial and technical understanding;
able to manage multicultural teams under pressure.- Fluent in English and Spanish.
