Here’s a breakdown of the main responsibilities:- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies for our own channels and our clients- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube- Delivery of the lead generation strategy - aligned to brand marketing and sales channel objectives- Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using Hootsuite- Create engaging multimedia content (outsourcing where appropriate) across multiple platforms- Develop launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the 4ICG group- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions- Monitor, track and report on performance of social media platforms using Google Analytics and channel specific insight tools- Establish KPIs for all social media activity- Act as a social media advocate and brand guardian, providing guidance and knowledge to the wider team as required**Qualifications and experience**:- Demonstrative experience in Digital Marketing or Communications- 2+ years of social media marketing experience, either agency or client-side.- Fluency and excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Spanish essential.- Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).- Experience in the use of paid advertising on social media networks, with deep understanding of ad formats and best practice.- Proficiency in Google Analytics.
