What you will do The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks - Jointly with the Product Director, drive the strategy for new and existing products.

- Identify new opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to create mutually beneficial solutions to business and consumer problems.
- Build or support the creation of business cases to support new initiatives and prioritise the roadmap for the next set of products and feature enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceive and develop new product concepts, establish development milestones, and manage development, implementation and rollout.
- Balance business requirements and consumer experience to build best-in-class inventory.
- Manage multiple projects and details while keeping the big picture in view.
- Be self-directed and able to move forward in a fast-paced, somewhat ambiguous environment.
- Manage increasing pressure without overburdening the team. What you need to succeed Good to have - 5+ years of relevant work experience in product development or strategy consulting - Ideally some experience in the travel industry - Ideally some experience with customer service automation processes and AI-driven customer support solutions - Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high performing teams - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes - Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong bias for action - Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organisation and with external partners Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Applied AI Tools: practical AI tools such as Gemini or other AI-powered assistants - Experimentation Mindset: curiosity to explore and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions - AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: ability to leverage AI tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity - Adaptability and Learning Agility: eager to continuously learn and adapt to new AI features What’s in it for you?
