Develop the contractual framework with stakeholders and clients, detailing service responsibilities and risk allocation.Negotiate critical project documents such as shareholder agreements, PPAs, and EPC contracts.Strategic Analysis & Reporting :
Deliver insights on market opportunities or country / business unit trends.Perform cross-cutting assessments such as CO₂ impact and retrospective analysis.Assess and monitor the progress of recycling and recovery (R&R) projects in the pipeline.Required Skills & Experience :
Over 10 years of experience in project management and business development, particularly in Recycling and Waste-to-Energy infrastructure or service industries.Proven ability to engage with major corporate clients.Strong understanding of various business models and legal structures (merchant, BOT, EPC, PPA, etc.) related to waste infrastructure.Knowledge of legal and commercial frameworks, including the ability to draft and negotiate preliminary agreements.End-to-end understanding of project execution, including technical, financial, and contractual elements.Proficient in English (written and spoken).Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a solid business mindset.Comfortable working in multicultural environments and traveling frequently.Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.J-18808-Ljbffr
