This role combines deep technical expertise with disciplined project leadership to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of technology roadmaps. The Project Manager will align RD, design, process engineering, testing, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust, production-ready solutions and drive continuous innovation across the full product lifecycle. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /ppbProject Leadership Execution /b /pulliPlan, coordinate, and control RD and industrialization projects aligned with technology and product roadmaps. /liliDefine project scope, objectives, milestones, resources, budgeting, and risk strategies for III-V semiconductor development programs. /liliLead multidisciplinary technical execution from concept through prototyping, validation, and manufacturing transfer. /liliEstablish schedules, track progress, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards associated with III-V materials and cleanroom processes. /liliPrepare and deliver progress reports, technical documentation, and decision-support materials for internal and external stakeholders. /liliDrive continuous improvement based on lessons learned and industry best practices. /li /ulpbr/ppbTechnical Coordination Device Implementation /b /pulliOversee physical implementation of photonic or electronic devices based on InP, GaN, or mixed III-V platforms. /liliCoordinate layout, DRC verification, and integration with Process Design Kits (PDKs). /liliCollaborate with design and simulation teams working on lasers, detectors, modulators, HEMTs, RF devices, or high-power structures depending on platform requirements. /liliSupport process engineers in epitaxy, lithography, etching, metallization, passivation, wafer-bonding, and other cleanroom steps relevant to InP or GaN. /liliEnsure accurate documentation of experiments, process flows, wafer tracking, and device characterization. /li /ulpbr/ppbTeam Collaboration Technical Development /b /pulliMentor junior engineers and promote structured, high-quality engineering practices. /liliFacilitate communication and alignment between RD, device design, cleanroom, test engineering, and operations. /liliContribute to technology evolution by supporting innovation initiatives and cross-team problem-solving. /li /ulpbr/ppbBusiness Technology Interface /b /pulliProvide technical input for business development, customer discussions, and technology positioning. /liliSupport technical marketing activities with insights on III-V semiconductor performance and project outcomes. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequired Qualifications /b /pulliMaster’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials Science, Photonics, Optoelectronics, or a related discipline. /liliMinimum b7 years of experience /b in semiconductor or photonic technology project management, with hands-on involvement in InP, GaN, or other III-V device development. /liliStrong background in device design, fabrication processes, or process integration for III-V materials. /liliDemonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary technology projects from concept to manufacturing ramp-up. /liliExperience with epitaxy (MOCVD/MBE), lithography, dry and wet etching, metallization, wafer-level bonding, passivation, or similar processes for InP or GaN platforms. /liliProficiency with photonic/electronic design tools (KLayout, Cadence, IPKISS, Lumerical, Silvaco, COMSOL) and strong familiarity with PDKs and DRC methodologies. /liliHands-on experience with optical, electrical, RF, or high-frequency testing relevant to III-V devices. /liliStrong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills. /li /ul
