General DescriptionThe Site Supervisorprepares and oversees on-site installation and logistics activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.Key responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, managing teams, and supervising contractors.This role promotes a strong culture of safety and quality leadership while ensuring adherence to schedules and process maps.As seniority increases, the complexity of tasks, autonomy, and leadership responsibilities also grow.FunctionsResponsible for on-site installation activities on regular projects or parts of bigger projects.Organize proper unloading and site logisticsInstruct the installation team and delegate installation responsibility to suppliers / partners.Provide proper feedback about progress and statusPerform quality checks on installation and the processesCreate and support a high-quality hand over to commissioningSupport commissioning during the testing phaseOrganize all site related activities for the project until handover to costumerEnsure Health and Safety requirements.Monitor and manage project costs under his responsibility, ensure budget compliance, validate expenses, and report variances to maintain profitability.Profile Requirements2 years of experienceWilling to travel90% of the timeStudies in electrical/mechanical engineering or similarMust have the training or ability certificate, as well as present it.Not have criminal or police record due to the location of the project.Experience in team management & leadership skills.Excellent communication and motivational skillsTaking the initiative, work autonomouslyCustomer orientation & flexibilityPlanning and organizationStress resistanceSafety awarenessInternational and multicultural awarenessLanguages (level)Spanish: native or advanced levelFluent English (minimum B2 level)Knowledge of other languages such as French, Italian, and German will be an asset#J-*****-Ljbffr
