Manage legal risks related to contracts, marketing, regulatory issues, litigation, privacy, and employment matters. Ensure activities follow EU and national laws for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and cosmetics. Advise on industry codes such as Farmaindustria and EFPIA. /li libContracts Legal Documents /b: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across business areas (e.g., distribution, services, HCP/HCO agreements). Create templates and tools to improve efficiency and consistency in contract management. /li libCompliance Oversight /b: Ensure the affiliate complies with global policies and local laws. Lead compliance programs for transparency, anti-bribery, data protection, and competition law. Manage the whistleblower channel and handle internal investigations. Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures. /li libData Privacy /b: Oversee data protection programs. Maintain policies, conduct audits and training, and ensure compliance with privacy laws and internal protocols. /li libRisk Management Litigation /b: Manage legal disputes with external counsel. Support debt recovery processes. Identify and address legal and regulatory risks. Monitor legal changes and adjust policies accordingly.
