* Lead employer branding initiatives and organize recruitment events
* Foster relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
* Interpret data to support decision-making
Academic background:
Bachelor's Degree
Language skills:
High level of English (French is a plus)
Soft skills:
Proactive, people-oriented, self-starter, good communication, results-oriented
Work experience:
3-4 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with availability for national and international travel. Experience in a multinational or FMCG sector is highly valued.
