From the pharmaceutical division, we focus mainly on the areas of Mental Health and Nephrology.
We are now looking for a Trainee for the European Shared Service Team based in Barcelona, who will collaborate with a team of professionals delivering services to various affiliates across Europe.
Responsibilities include:
1. Receiving, processing, and accurately validating suppliers' invoices.
2. Resolving invoice errors and discrepancies to ensure timely processing.
3. Maintaining excellent supplier relations by serving as the primary contact for departmental and supplier inquiries.
4. Assisting in the preparation of the payment cycle in accordance with the internal control framework.
Role requirements:
1. Currently studying and able to commit to a 6 to 12-month internship under a scholarship agreement.
2. Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
3. Basic knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger, and purchasing processes.
4. We seek a team player who is adaptable, open to change, eager to learn various tasks and methods of working.
Additional details about the role:
1. Work schedule: 3 days in the office (Barcelona) and 2 days remote.
2. Part-time position, 5 to 6 hours in the mornings, with flexible scheduling.
