The Work
We are expanding our Iberia Talent & Organization team and looking for experienced consultants with a strong track record in HR transformation and organizational change. As a Consultant, you will take on a strategic role, leading key workstreams, driving client engagement, and ensuring successful execution of transformation initiatives. You will own critical workstreams, provide strategic guidance, shape project direction, and influence key stakeholders.
A typical project might include the following activities:
Supporting people and organizations in adopting new technologies, processes, or ways of working by fully understanding both the transformation program and its impact on the organization.
Contributing to transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people-focused strategies.
Designing and implementing interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness, leveraging Accenture’s methodologies, assets, and tools to ensure lasting change.
Conducting stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to tailor solutions that drive engagement and adoption.
Developing transformation plans, including next-generation communication strategies and tailor-made training programs to meet diverse audience needs.
Measuring the effectiveness of interventions using data-driven approaches and storytelling methods to assess business readiness.
Here’s What You Need
4+ years of experience in transformation projects related to HR, organizational change, or digital adoption in large-scale environments.
Minimum bachelor’s degree.
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) are essential.
Proficiency in at least one other language. For Barcelona, proficiency in Catalan is required.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Cultural sensitivity and proven experience working in multinational environments.
Experience with analytics is an asset.
Advanced functional knowledge of HR technology solutions (Workday, SSFF, others) is valued.
Experience in Change Management within S4H environments is valued.
Professional certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or HR transformation methodologies are a plus.

Strong project management skills, including tracking and monitoring mechanisms, ideally with Agile methodologies.
