Responsibilities
* Develop and implement publishing strategies for our self-published titles.
* Create and evolve the communication strategy for our brands.
* Provide direction and strategy to other department specialists.
* Collaborate with the department producer to plan, optimize workloads, and produce best results.
* Contribute to the growth of our publishing department by detecting and promoting new opportunities.
Description of the Job
Be a member of the executive board of directors for the studio, and report directly to the studio director.
* Wide experience in marketing strategies and game publishing on digital stores.
* Analytical, well organized and result oriented mind‑set.
* Growth mind‑set: you will be personally responsible for expanding your toolset of marketing and publishing techniques, as well as provide and request feedback from peers.
* Leadership skills as the team will look up to you to determine what’s to be done and why.
* English C1 or equivalent level.
Additional information
* Type of contract:
o Long term position. 40 hours/week contract.
o From 45k gross annual salary depending on experience.
o Workplace at either Sevilla or Tenerife facilities. Remote work available as well.
o You might be required to attend up to 2 per-team and 2 company‑wide team‑building activities each year, travel and accommodation provided by the company.
