Experteer Overview In this role you will deploy, configure, and support Amadeus Hospitality solutions on the Salesforce Platform. You will work with Delivery, Customer Success, and Consulting teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs and timelines, while leveraging automation to streamline activities. You’ll provide ongoing support, improve processes, and help deliver high‑quality services. - Deploy and configure Amadeus products and third‑party integrations within Salesforce per customer requirements
- Analyze, test, and validate solutions to ensure quality before delivery
- Maintain project documentation and provide functional support during the implementation lifecycle
- Gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and address customer feedback
- Manage daily assignments to meet project timelines and avoid delays
- Troubleshoot and resolve post‑implementation issues and manage a support queue
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality services
- Identify and implement process improvements using automation tools to optimize workflowsResponsabilidades
- 2–4 years in a technical deployment or production environment
- Experience with Salesforce declarative configuration (e.G., flows, custom fields) without coding
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (at least one admin cert)
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues
- Familiarity with integrating third‑party products/services within Salesforce
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines
- Experience maintaining accurate project documentation
- Interest or experience in process automation tools (UIPath, Power Automate, RPA)
- Proactive mindset for workflow efficiencies
