That's why we need a Plasma Strategy, Senior Manager like you.
The Plasma Strategy Senior Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing strategic and operational projects within the plasma planning team.
This position will report directly to the Director of Plasma Planning Operations and work closely with the Grifols Plasma Leadership Team (GPLT) and other key leaders to ensure the successful implementation of the business unit's strategic initiatives.
Oversee and coordinate strategic and operational projects.
Support decision-making through data analysis and research.
Work closely with plasma teams to ensure the execution of business strategies and action plans.
Design and conduct an effective planning framework for the plasma organization, including specific timelines, deliverables, roles, and approval requirements.
Set/attend meetings on behalf of the Director of Plasma Planning Operations or the President of the Division.
Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy, consulting or project management roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI.
Experience in project management, executive stakeholder management and team coordination.
Demonstrated skills in strategy development and implementation, market and business analysis.
Global or international experience.
MBA preferred.

Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
Contract of Employment: Permanent position.
Flexibility for U Program: 2 days remote working.
