RAW Resourcing are representing a well-established marine company in Southern Spain is looking for a Sales Manager who can open doors, close deals, and take ownership of commercial growth across the global shipping market.
This is a front-line sales role for a natural-born closer - someone who thrives under pressure, loves the chase, and builds long-term client relationships through energy, credibility, and results.
If you know the ship repair world - drydockings, refits, conversions - and have the drive to turn contacts into contracts, this is your stage.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Hunting down new opportunities across shipowners, managers, and operators.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships in the shipping and offshore sectors.
* Negotiating and closing profitable repair and conversion contracts.
* Working hand-in-hand with technical teams to deliver what you sell — on time, every time.
* Representing the company at key industry events and client visits worldwide.
* Feeding real-time market intelligence back to management to keep the business ahead of the game.
What You’ll Need
* A proven track record in ship repair, marine services, or related sales.
* Strong network across shipowners, managers, and decision-makers.
* Confident negotiator with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Results-driven mindset - motivated by targets, not titles.
* Fluent in English, Spanish a big plus.
* Willing to travel and represent the business internationally.
