Job Description We are looking for a production team leader in our manufacturing site of Barcelona! In this very operational and tactical role, you will: Lead and coach a team of operators Maintain safety standards and uphold standardized operating procedures to ensure a secure and efficient production environment. Assist managers in coordinating production schedules and optimizing workflows to achieve site goals. Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members, acting as a subject matter expert for the department. Monitor and assess team performance while resolving difficult or complex manufacturing issues as they arise. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and uphold quality control processes to optimize production outputs. Fluency in Spanish is required for this role, with proficient English communication skills (both written and verbal).
