We are looking for a Integral Marketing Manager (Content, Community & Performance) to join an early-stage electric mobility startup creating a new category in urban transportation. This role will be essential in building the direct-to-consumer marketing engine, shaping brand presence, and attracting the first wave of customers across European cities.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute the digital marketing strategy from scratch. (please don't apply if you don't have this experience).
- Set up and manage the marketing tech stack (e-commerce, CRM, email, analytics).
- Create high-performing content across digital channels.
- Build and activate online and offline communities.
- Analyse performance, track KPIs and optimise campaigns.
- Identify and activate strategic brand collaborations.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing for consumer-facing brands.
- Strong storytelling skills with a hands-on content mindset.
- Experience working with performance marketing tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
- Comfortable working autonomously in early-stage environments.
- Based in Belgium, Italy or Spain.
- Availability for occasional travel.
