We're are looking for a Software Engineer with a strong observability and SRE mindset to join our team.
What you'll work on
- Designing and developing observability services based on the Grafana LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir)
- Integrating open-source technologies like OpenTelemetry and Prometheus
- Building Kubernetes operators to automate service lifecycles
- Developing REST APIs for monitoring and alerting
- Owning services end-to-end
- Debugging real production issues using logs, metrics, and traces
What we're looking for
- Strong experience in software engineering and cloud-native systems
- Hands-on with Go and Kubernetes (operators are a big plus)
- Experience with or strong interest in the Grafana ecosystem
- Solid understanding of observability concepts and high-cardinality data
- Ownership mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn
