Each collection is born from collaboration between teams and from a constant search to create garments that endure, consistent with the identity of the brand and the people who choose us every day.If you are motivated by analyzing trends, exploring innovative fabrics, developing product and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, this challenge could be for you.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop the collection for your category aligned with the Massimo Dutti brand positioning and customer profile.Analyze trends, consumer behavior and market benchmarking to identify product opportunities.Develop the creative concept of the collection through mood boards, storytelling, colour selection and materials.Research and select fabrics, materials and finishes ensuring quality and consistency in the product.Follow up the development of samples and collaborate with suppliers and production teams.Work cross-functionally with Buying, Product Management, Pattern Making and Quality teams to e
