Corporate Communication Lead
Responsibilities
- Lead internal and external communication planning and execution to ensure coordinated, integrated, and consistent communications activities and planning across the entire group.
- Build and develop an impactful communications network across all areas of the Business and all sites.
- Define, plan, implement, and measure communication and engagement activities that build awareness, engage, and activate key audiences.
- Create and manage high-quality multimedia content for internal and external platforms (intranet, website, social media, newsletters).
- Oversee and further develop online platforms and corporate social media channels (primarily LinkedIn), including strategy, community management, monitoring, and reporting.
- Ensure editorial excellence through writing, editing, and proofreading for all channels and audiences.
- Lead communication activities related to the integration of Mibelle into Persán, ensuring transparency, engagement, and alignment.
- Develop and execute change communication plans to support cultural cohesion and a sense of belonging during transformation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on integration messaging and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the definition, planning, and execution of the company’s communication strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Contribute to shaping the company narrative and strategic messaging to strengthen brand identity and reputation.
- Provide strategic advice to the Management Team and internal stakeholders on communication needs and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain an issues and crisis communication framework, including policies, scenarios, and messaging.
- Ensure readiness for effective communication during critical situations to protect the company’s reputation.

Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Previous background on international environments.
- Professional media relations management: press releases, media pitching, spokesperson services, and media training.
- Planning and execution of 360 campaigns.
- Management of internal employee communities.
- Fluent in German, English and Spanish.
