PbJoin a Leading Quantum AI Software Company - Remote in Spain! /b /ppbr/ppWe are partnered with a rapidly growing, well-funded deep-tech company at the forefront of quantum computing and artificial intelligence, who are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development professional to lead growth in the Aerospace and Defense sectors. /ppbr/ppbSpanish language skills are essential for this role. /b /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliDrive product sales (new and renewal) to meet or exceed revenue goals. /liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in defense and aerospace. /liliBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, defense contractors, and commercial clients. /liliCollaborate with internal sales teams and partners to align sales strategies with account goals. /liliSupport all phases of the sales cycle, including solution presentations, proposals, and negotiations. /liliRepresent the company at industry events and conventions. /liliCommunicate market insights and customer feedback to product and marketing teams. /liliCoordinate technical demos, proofs-of-concept, training, and evaluation support. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliProven ability to close high-value (six- and seven-figure) deals. /liliBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. /lili10+ years of experience in sales or consulting roles, ideally with a focus on technology or engineering solutions. /liliAt least 2 years of experience in the defense sector. /liliFamiliarity with public procurement processes and experience in a startup or scale-up environment within defense. /liliStrong personal network in Aerospace Defense, with exposure to executive leadership. /liliIndependent and self-motivated, capable of driving business results with minimal oversight. /liliExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. /liliComfortable working with globally distributed teams (engineering, marketing, product, etc.). /liliFluent in both English and Spanish. /liliWillingness to travel up to 50%. /li /ulpbr/ppbPlease ensure recent deal sizes are included on your application. /b /ppbr/ppBy applying to this role you understand that we may collect your personal data and store and process it on our systems.
