We are seeking to welcome a Client Finances Manager. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for social workers, vulnerable clients, and their carers, providing them with vital assistance and information via the telephone and email. Your ability to empathise, communicate effectively, and resolve inquiries promptly will be critical to our mission of improving the lives of those we serve. Training will be delivered in Spain but occasional travel to the UK or Umhlanga, South Africa may be required from time to time.
Answer incoming telephone calls from social workers, vulnerable clients, and carers professionally and empathetically. Experience of Appointeeship or Court of Protection work an advantage. Provide accurate information, guidance, and support to callers regarding our services, programs, and resources. Record and maintain detailed and accurate records of each interaction in our customer database. Collaborate with our team to escalate and resolve complex inquiries or issues. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care and discretion. Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, sending follow-up emails, and processing documentation. Continuously improve your knowledge of our services and programs to provide the best assistance to callers. Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for handling different types of calls and situations.
