The purpose of the analyst role is to maintain, analyze and present the accounting information in a timely and accurate manner. The role will be responsible for the day-to-day Financial activities for IBU and local Iberica team, providing direct support to the International Finance Director, ensuring compliance and integrity.

* Partner with the Director Finance IBU to support the financial operations of the company.
* Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and ad‑hoc analyses to support senior leadership and business decision‑making.
* Provide financial analysis and business support to the Sales organization, including sales performance tracking and quota planning.
* Monitor and control margins, discounts, and SG&A expenses to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
* Perform financial analysis and cost control initiatives to optimize spending across the IBU.
* Support Accounts Payable processes and reconciliations.
* Support the monthly close process, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data.
* Review and validate travel expenses and payroll to ensure compliance with company policies.
* Ad‑hoc reporting generation.
Perfil del candidato
* Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field.
* 3+ years of working experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or other relevant Finance experience.
* Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems and enterprise resource systems; Experience with Power BI, Adaptive, SAP, One Stream is a plus.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to address issues from multiple perspectives, prioritize multiple assignments, and meet all deadlines with a special strong attention to detail.
* Strong cross team collaboration
* Ability to independently conduct research and exercise judgment when resolving issues.
* Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally at all levels of management
* Experience operating in multi entity structure US and International.
* Knowledge and ability in the use of a personal computer and software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
* Advanced English level written and spoken required.
