As Sales Performance Specialist, you will partner with the Sales team to monitor performance and translate insights into actions that boost sell-out, productivity, and revenue. You’ll design dashboards and reporting tools that deliver clear, actionable views to the sales network. You will analyze customer segments and market trends to shape targeted commercial actions, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders for aligned execution. This role supports Go-To-Market initiatives and aims to drive measurable commercial impact within a global, diverse organization.

• Act as a strategic partner to the Sales organization with KPI monitoring and performance tracking
• Translate market insights and KPI analysis into actionable initiatives to drive revenue growth
• Design, implement, and maintain commercial reporting tools and dashboards
• Monitor key KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, propose corrective actions
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer segments and business trends to define actions
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for project execution and alignment
• Support Go-To-Market initiatives through analysis, data modeling, and performance follow-up
Responsabilidades
• University degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or similar)
• Experience managing complex data structures with strong analytical mindset xpzdshu and business impact
• Project management and performance analysis in Sales and/or Marketing, ideally international
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI; SQL knowledge is a strong plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish
