Start your journey with ALTER SOLUTIONS!HR Systems Consultant – Confidential OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced HR Systems Consultant to join a dynamic and global HR Operations team within an innovative and fast-paced organization in the luxury or retail sector.This role is essential in managing and evolving the Human Capital Management (HCM) system environment, ensuring data integrity, seamless system operations, and high-quality reporting. The consultant will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to continuously improve the functionality and efficiency of HR processes through technology.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational HRIS ManagementLead daily operations and serve as the escalation point for HRIS-related issues.Oversee ticketing and support processes to ensure timely resolution of system incidents.Coordinate configuration, interface checks, security roles, and mass data updates.Liaise regularly with global HR stakeholders and third-party providers.System Optimization and MaintenanceAct as a key functional expert for SAP SuccessFactors.Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and lifecycle improvements.Support UAT phases and validate system releases in collaboration with internal IT.Data Integrity and ReportingConduct regular audits to maintain HRIS data accuracy.Build, maintain, and deliver reports using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools and Power BI.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports and support data visualization efforts.Desired Profile5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with modules like Employee Central, Onboarding, and Reporting & Analytics.Strong grasp of global HR processes and systems architecture.Proven experience in international environments with complex HR system landscapes.Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.Advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities.Fluent in Spanish and English.If you think this role is made for you, please send us your CV!
