From Temporing Barcelona we select a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Pharma) for an important company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Sant Joan Despí.
Tasks: Ensure the best talent attraction and sourcing through internal resources and social networks by the use of the implementation of digital and innovative search techniques. Create talent mappings for specific positions being aware of the HR trends. The complete recruitment process which would include suitability interviews after the necessary screening of successful candidates. Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience through all talent acquisition touch points. Establish and maintain a good rapport with the appropriate stakeholders in order to continue achieving satisfactory results. Work with analytics to support data driven decisions; Support in all projects and activities being dealt with, in respect of Talent Acquisition strategy.
Requirements: University Degree preferably with a Master’s Degree in Human Resources or similar. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of talent acquisition, preferably gained within an international and multicultural environment. Knowledge of assessment tools and their efficacy; Strong understanding of talent management methodologies for workforce planning, role profiles, career paths, competencies, skills and potential; Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum C1), both spoken and written. Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint. Digital and Innovative mindset. Collaborative, trustworthy and dynamic. Team player and able to deal with uncertainty.
We offer: 6-month contract. Possibility of working in a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector. Schedule from 8 to 17hrs. from Monday to Thursday and intensive Friday. Hybrid position. Gross annual salary: 37.500€
