We are currently seeking a
Senior Java Spring Boot/Neo4j/React Developer
to join our dynamic team.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional with deep expertise in cutting-edge technologies and a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
The idóneo candidate will possess a strong technical background, an ability to thrive in fast-paced international environments, and a commitment to excellence in both development and collaboration.

Your main tasks will include:
Developing and maintaining applications using
Java Spring Boot, Neo4j, and React
with an expert level of proficiency.
Designing and implementing solutions with high performance and scalability.
Collaborating with international teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
Managing production environments and ensuring optimal performance of applications.
Leveraging functional knowledge and applying it effectively to technical solutions.
Handling risk hierarchies and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED?
To excel in this role, we're looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills:
Must-Have Skills:
Advanced expertise (+5 yrs) in
Java Spring Boot, Neo4j, and React

Strong understanding of database structures, including relational and non-relational systems.
Experience working on projects with
international banking institutions

Proficiency in managing production environments and troubleshooting issues effectively.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of
Control-M Advanced

Functional knowledge to bridge technical and business requirements.
Experience with
risk hierarchies
and their applications.
Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum.
Understanding of architectural best practices, SOLID principles, and microservices profiling.
