Responsibilities
Identify potential operators by coordinating with the business developer.
Prioritize prospecting depending on potential with channel.
Visit for customer acquisition.
Negotiate portfolio, prices, promotions, discounts, refrigerators and material visibility in PDV.
Conduct customer development visits and review implementation of agreements.
Create ad‑hoc proposals (promos and material visibility).
Visit based on identified risks or reactive responses requested by the operator.
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar role within the HORECA channel.
Experience in the FMCG sector;
exposure to pharma or tobacco industries is a plus.
Solid customer‑management experience and advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
High level of English.
Strong commercial strategy and negotiation skills.
Effective communication and influence abilities.
Analytical thinking with commercial acumen and a integral business mindset.
Proactive, action‑oriented, able to identify and drive market opportunities.
