The role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Europe to join our EMEA Marketing team and lead the marketing strategy for our Downstream (Supplier to Retail) business.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact. Our marketing footprint in EMEA continues to evolve, which means you will have the autonomy to shape initiatives while benefiting from the support of an experienced international marketing team.
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy across Europe, working closely with Sales, Product and other internal stakeholders to support business growth and strengthen Tosca’s brand.
You will operate as a hands-on marketing leader, supported by internal and external marketing experts.
This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing EMEA.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Downstream business unit in alignment with EMEA marketing plans and regional commercial priorities
* Build strong market and product expertise to create marketing programs tailored to different customer segments and personas
* Define, justify and manage the marketing budget aligned with business objectives
* Design strategies to attract, engage and convert customers while increasing retention
* Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns including digital nurturing and product launch support
* Plan and coordinate Tosca’s participation in industry events, conferences and trade shows across Europe
* Act as a key marketing advisor and main point of contact for Sales teams and internal stakeholders
* Create marketing and sales materials in collaboration with the broader marketing team
* Drive content localization and translation initiatives across European markets
* Support brand awareness initiatives to strengthen Tosca’s presence in Europe
* Monitor marketing trends and bring innovative ideas into Tosca’s marketing approach
* Track campaign performance and ROI, implementing improvements where required
Your profile
Education & experience
* Preferable bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing role
* Experience in B2B environments is strongly preferred
Skills & mindset
* Strong self-initiative with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
* Ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
* Creative and proactive mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Fluent in English;
additional European languages are a plus
Location
This role can be based in our Madrid (Spain) or Agrate Brianza, Milan (Italy) office.
