You will lead and empower a cross-functional team (eCommerce, Marketing, UX/UI, CRM, and SEO) to execute a unified strategy that drives growth, trust, and unparalleled customer satisfaction. With great responsibility comes great power: you will be encouraged (and expected) to overhaul processes, pioneer new market approaches, and ensure operational excellence across all digital touchpoints.
Strategic Leadership: Define, own, and execute the end-to-end eCommerce strategy across all Wolfiek storefronts, focusing on revenue targets, margin health, and sustainable growth.
Team & Talent Management: Lead, mentor, and scale the combined team, including: 3 eCommerce Assistants, SEO Manager, UX/UI Specialist, and CRM Manager. Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and customer-centric culture.
Digital Channel Optimization: Oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring seamless integration between Marketing (acquisition), eCommerce operations (conversion), and Customer Service (retention).
Drive continuous improvement across the website experience (UX/UI), site performance, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) based on data analysis.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and monitor high-level KPIs (e.G., overall revenue, site conversion rate, NPS, AOV, RPU) and translate performance insights into actionable strategies for each sub-team.
Operational Excellence: Work closely with the Warehouse and Workshop teams to ensure inventory accuracy, fulfillment speed, and service quality meet Wolfiek’s premium standard.
Stay updated: with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce to keep our strategies and operations current.
Proven Digital Leadership: Several years of experience managing significant eCommerce P&L; and leading teams that span multiple functions (e.G., Merchandising, Marketing, Support).
Deep operational knowledge of major eCommerce platforms (e.G., Shopify Plus, Magento, or similar) and experience leveraging advanced marketing platforms (Klaviyo, etc.) and helpdesks (HubSpot, etc.).
Strategic & Tactical Balance: You can craft a 3-year vision while also diving into the weekly performance metrics to guide your team on immediate actions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
