At Grupo Mammafiore, we are looking for a Supply Chain Technician to join our team of passionate food and wine lovers!
About the role:
- Create, process, and track purchase orders (POs)
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment needs with company branches
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules
- Maintain and update supplier and product databases
- Follow up on late deliveries and resolve supply issues
- Support cost analysis and identify savings opportunities
- Assist in supplier evaluation and performance tracking
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics department
- Monitor shipments and resolve delays or incidents
- Coordinate and oversee shipments across company branches, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Manage claims and operational incidents, resolving issues such as delivery failures and billing discrepancies, while proactively updating delivery schedules through supplier coordination.
- Maintain and update ERP system data to ensure accuracy and consistency across operations.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to support continuous improvement and alignment with company processes.
- Carry out additional duties aligned with the responsibilities of the role.
- Participate in required meetings and training sessions.
- Perform other duties related to the position.
Who we are looking for:
- At leat three (3) years of experience in administrative roles or support positions in logistics, purchasing, or procurement.
- Experience in inventory management, order tracking, or working with suppliers.
- Studies in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Training in demand planning (preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and user‑level experience with purchasing ERP systems.
- Languages: Spanish, italian, french.
