1. Purpose of the position:
Reporting to the CTO, lead the IT area with a comprehensive focus on infrastructure, cybersecurity, productivity tools and digital platforms, including fleet management software and mobile applications. You will be responsible for the definition, implementation and maintenance of robust, efficient and secure technology solutions, ensuring operational continuity and support to all areas of the company.

3. Requirements:
Education:
* University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or similar.
* Complementary training in project management, cybersecurity or similar (valuable).
Experience:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in complex and scalable IT environments.
* Proven experience in fleet software management (mobility, IoT, shared mobility, etc.).
* Experience leading technical teams, working with agile methodologies.
* Used to work in remote application and service management environments.
* Experience in integration of APIs and SaaS platforms.
Languages:
* Fluent Spanish
* Professional English (minimum B2).
* Professional French (valuable)
4. Roles and responsibilities
Infrastructure and systems
* Management and supervision of networks, servers, VPNs and firewalls.
* Administration of office systems (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
* Control of backups, cloud storage and disaster recovery policies
Cybersecurity
* Definition of security policies, threat monitoring and access control.
* Internal compliance audits (ISO 27001 desirable).
* Management of perimeter and endpoint protection tools.
Data management and analytics
* Database administration and optimization (SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
* Implementation and maintenance of dashboards with Power BI or similar tools (valuable).
Business platforms and applications
* Technical management of fleet management software (vehicles, stations, batteries, etc.).
* Integration with external platforms: P2P, Intercom, Jira, Zendesk, etc.
* Coordination of the maintenance and evolution of end-user APPs (Android/iOS).
* Support in continuous integration processes and remote deployments.
Team and process management
* Management of a multidisciplinary technical team (infrastructure, development, support).
* Definition of KPIs of the IT department and management of the technological roadmap.
* Coordination with suppliers, technology partners and external consultants.
* Ensure technical support to internal and external users.
