At Tecnobit, a high‑tech company within Grupo Oesía, we are expanding our Space & Photonics Division and are looking for an experienced Area Manager – Space to lead strategic space programs and multidisciplinary teams in an international, cutting‑edge environment.

What are we looking for?

An/a Space Area Manager - Relocation Spain, with at least 8years of experience.
\n
Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.

Requirements
\n
Degree in
\n
Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
\n
Solid experience in project management within the space and/or defence sector .
\n
Proven people management and team leadership experience.
\n
Availability for occasional travel.
\n
High level of English
\n
(minimum B2/C1) – regular technical and business interaction with international clients.
\n
highly valued intermediate level of spanish (B2).
\n
What will your responsibilities be?
\n
Leading, coordinating and developing a highly specialised space team, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
\n
Overseeing end‑to‑end project execution, including planning, milestones, budget control, risk management and delivery to customers.
\n
Acting as a key interface with clients during project execution, ensuring transparency, quality and long‑term relationships.
\n
Identifying synergies between projects within the area and across other business units to maximise efficiency and innovation.
\n
Supervising proposal preparation, with a strong focus on scope definition, scheduling, cost estimation and execution viability.
\n
Ensuring clear, efficient and effective communication within the area and with key internal stakeholders.
\n
