The Business Enablement Coordinator within the ICS Spain Business Enablement Team plays a critical role supporting the ICS Spain organization by contributing to overall business, governance, and strategic development.
How will you make an impact in this role?
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the ICS Spain Team, delivering a range of processes and projects to ensure the market's business objectives are met through strategic, analytical, and executive support.
This role involves significant relationship management and broad networking with key stakeholders across teams. It is ideal for someone capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and establishing collaborative partnerships across the organization.
ICS Spain seeks a Business Enablement Coordinator to deliver on various initiatives and projects, with a focus on Insurances. Responsibilities include:
* Project management for initiatives in two pillars: FEE insurances & NAC coverages.
* Managing governance for simplification projects, such as insurance carrier terminations.
* Data analysis, trend reporting, and insights.
* Maintaining contact with insurance carriers and partners.
* Reviewing communications and ensuring quality processes.
* Supporting governance activities like PRSAs, Gates, and compliance testing.
* Assisting customer services with escalations, claims, etc.
* Supervising formal complaints and collaborating with Lines of Business.
* Delivering on control management initiatives, including operational risk events and TLMs, and managing projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Deep knowledge of Amex products, processes, and industry trends.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship skills.
* Highly motivated self-starter capable of leading projects with minimal guidance.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organization and planning abilities.
* Growth mindset with an optimistic attitude.
* High integrity and ability to handle sensitive issues confidentially.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
* Previous experience at American Express International Card Services.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of internal tools like Globestar, MYSU, Griffin is a plus.
