Position: Sales Account Manager – IBERIA region

Job Description
* Manage the promotion and sales of DeepCool products—including computer cases, power supplies, coolers, and accessories—in the Iberia region.
* Proactively engage existing customers and potential clients for DeepCool’s in‑market sales activities and participate in industry events to generate new sales leads.
* Conduct targeted market research to identify and cultivate potential direct customers within the computer hardware industry and provide valuable market intelligence to DeepCool’s Engineering, Product and Marketing teams.
* Develop and manage local distribution channels to strengthen DeepCool’s brand presence in the Iberia region.
* Submit weekly reports to the Regional Manager, providing sales performance analysis and insights on the assigned markets.
* Serve as a key account manager for customers in these markets; devise and execute marketing strategies with an in‑depth understanding of customer requirements.
* Focus on retail and system‑integration channel development in this region, collaborating closely with the Regional Manager to spearhead and implement channel strategy.
* Regularly update and maintain the CRM system with marketing information, quotes, opportunities, projects, etc.
* Oversee product inventory and monitor market competition for effective decision‑making by the Regional Sales Manager.
* Undertake additional tasks such as assisting in the development of channel and media marketing, as directed by the Regional Sales Manager and Regional Director for Europe & Africa markets.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of sales or procurement experience in the relevant product category, with established channel relationships.
* Good knowledge of the computer hardware market in the Iberia region, including an understanding of local distribution structures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in both Spanish and English is essential.
* Portuguese is a plus.
* Results‑driven, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently.
* Educational background: a university degree in IT, technology, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent experience).
