What will you do?
Como parte del equipo, tu misión será definir, impulsar y asegurar la correcta implantación de los procesos, estándares y experiencias diferenciales de Barceló Hotel Group a través de Ser Barceló.
Ser Barceló es la marca interna que representa el modelo de gestión y formación, concebido para el crecimiento individual y colectivo del Grupo.
Su objetivo es asegurar que nuestros equipos ofrezcan un servicio de calidad según nuestros estándares de marca para que nuestra experiencia hotelera sea reconocible en cualquier lugar del mundo
Sus tareas serán:
* Definición y actualización de estándares y procedimientos operativos.
* Elaboración de manuales de conceptos gastronómicas y experiencias diferenciales.
* Identificar mejores prácticas operativas operativas que puedan estandarizarse.
* Participar en la selección y evaluación de proveedores de productos y servicios asegurando la calidad y el cumplimiento de los estándares de marca.
* Gestión y seguimiento resultados APPCC
* Gestión y actualización de los contenidos de la Plataforma de conocimiento SER
* Tareas de seguimiento y control de auditorías a hoteles.
* Apoyo a los hoteles en aperturas y en seguimiento
* Apoyo al equipo de RRHH en sesiones formativas presenciales y contenidos formación on-line
What are we looking for?
* Formación universitaria o técnica superior en Hostelería, Turismo, Dirección de Alimentos y Bebidas o campo relacionado.
* Conocimientos o experiencia previa en operaciones de alimentos y bebidas, incluyendo cocina, restaurante, bar, banquetes y servicio de habitaciones.
* Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en puestos de gestión o supervisión en departamentos operativos
* Experiencia demostrable en la definición e implementación de procedimientos operativos y estándares de marca.
* Dominio avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas (Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint).
* Nivel alto de inglés hablado y escrito C1. Se valorarán otros idiomas
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, interpersonales y de trabajo en equipo
* Capacidad analítica, de resolución de problemas y atención al detalle
* Disponibilidad para viajar a los diferentes establecimientos de la cadena
