brSecurity Leadership: Define and lead DevOps/DevSecOps strategy and practices across the organisation. Mentor engineers and embed Cybersecurity best practices into the development and operations workflows.
brAutomation Deployment: Design, implement, and automate security controls and tooling ( SAST, DAST, SIEM ) within CI/CD pipelines.
brCloud Architecture Hardening: Design and build highly secure, resilient solutions with a strong focus on AWS/Azure Security and Network services (e.g., AWS Guard Duty, IAM policies, VPC Flow Logs).
brDrive secure deployment, scaling, and configuration management using Terraform.
brClient Delivery: Help deploy and secure our cutting-edge software stack directly onto Fortune 500 client servers.
brIncident Response: Manage and execute Cybersecurity Incident Response protocols and maintain cryptographic controls.

brExperience: 3+ years as a DevSecOps Engineer with significant work history in Cybersecurity and Software Engineering.
brCloud Security Expertise: Strong competence in AWS and/or Azure Network Architecture and deep experience with native security services. AWS Certified Security) are highly valued.
brProven competence with a range of cybersecurity tools and practices (SAST, DAST, SIEM, penetration testing, SSO).
brIaC: Expert competence with Terraform.
brScripting: Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, Bash, Go).
brSuperb communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.
brExpertise in Kubernetes Security (CKS certified candidates prioritised) and related tooling (Helm, ArgoCD).
brHigh competence with the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
brExperience designing Infrastructure for MLOps and data analytics solutions.
brExperience with microservices, service meshes (Istio), and SaaS deployment.

brCompensation: Competitive salary, with a signing bonus and a retention bonus at the end of the contract.
brFlexibility: This is a hybrid role with flexible working hours. A relocation package is available if needed.
