We are seeking candidates for the position of Mechanical Equipment Leader, with at least 15 years of experience in machinery and equipment such as gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, boilers, condensers, compressors, and pumps, suitable for work in multicultural power generation projects.
Key responsibilities:
Supervise and develop activities related to design, selection, documentation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment, ensuring QA/QC and HSE compliance.
Provide guidelines, advice, motivation, and organize manpower, scheduling activities, and ensuring quality, timely delivery, and resource optimization.
Foster a positive environment among engineering disciplines, project teams, vendors, and the Mechanical Department for project success.
Qualifications and desired attributes:
Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience working in multi-office, multidisciplinary teams.
High stress management skills.
Commitment and proactive attitude.
Proven leadership in successful projects and team management.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and international audiences.
Availability to travel occasionally.
