**Duties and responsibilities**:
**Essential Job Functions (not limited to)**:
- Assist our Department head with daily tasks
- Ensure the flow of information between team and management
- Travel management for our team
- Organize and manage a filing system
- Prepare statistical evaluations and reports as decision bases
- Do research and prepare presentations and briefings for our Department head
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks
- Provide general administrative support.
- Assist with creating company presentations

- Organizational talent with analytical capabilities and quick learning ability
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Highly motivated work style, strong people skills and positive mindset
- Analytical, structured, and independent approach to work
- Careful, trustworthy and structured work method
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent MS Word, Excel, Keynote (or PowerPoint) skills
- Ideally you studied business administration, administrative sciences, education or similar
