PbPurpose of the role /b /ppbr/ppAs ISP’s Regional Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution of construction and regulatory compliance projects across the growing Iberia portfolio, currently consisting of 15 schools. You will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of expansion, renovation, and school facility improvement projects, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, working closely with school principals, regional teams, consultants, and external contractors to ensure successful outcomes at both local and regional levels. You will report directly to the Head of Property – Iberia. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/ppProject Management /pulliCollaborate with schools in defining and consolidating the annual CapEx project pipeline. /liliSupport the preparation of business cases and feasibility analyses for project approvals. /liliCoordinate the initial phases of scope definition, capacity planning, cost estimation, and scheduling together with each school’s teams. /liliManage design, tendering, and construction processes to ensure the successful delivery of renovation and construction projects. /liliMonitor project progress through regular site visits and continuous reporting. /liliControl CapEx budgets, planning, and forecasting, ensuring sound financial management. /liliEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, within scope, and according to defined quality standards. /liliMaintain effective communication between schools, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. /li /ulpbr/ppNew School Onboarding /pulliSupport the Head of Property in integrating new schools into the region. /liliConduct technical and capacity assessments when required. /liliAdvise leadership teams on reviewing and updating school capacity assessments. /li /ulpbr/ppBudget Control /pulliMonitor and control annual CapEx expenditure on a monthly basis. /liliIdentify budget variances and propose corrective actions. /li /ulpbr/ppEnergy Efficiency Sustainability /pulliManage energy supply contracts, promoting cost and consumption optimization initiatives. /liliPrepare annual utilities budgets and carry out regular monitoring of spending and forecasts. /liliSupport sustainability initiatives, carbon footprint reduction, and energy efficiency programs across schools. /li /ulpbr/ppCompliance Safety /pulliEnsure all projects comply with current regulations, quality standards, and health safety requirements. /liliProvide Health Safety guidance and support to schools across the region regarding building-related matters. /liliOversee the updating of licenses and the proper filing of regulatory documentation for each school. /liliMaintain active relationships with public authorities and local regulatory bodies. /li /ulpbr/ppReporting Stakeholder Management /pulliPrepare regular reports on project status and key performance indicators. /liliAdvise school principals on technical, budgetary, and project management matters. /liliCollaborate cross-functionally with regional and global ISP teams. /li /ulpbr/ppbCandidate Profile /b /ppEducation Experience /pulliUniversity degree in Architecture or Engineering. /liliA Master’s degree in Project Management will be considered an advantage. /liliMore than 5 years of experience in construction and infrastructure project management. /liliExperience managing multi-site projects and/or new building construction projects. /liliStrong experience in CapEx budget management. /li /ulpbr/ppLanguages Tools /pulliFluent English (spoken and written). /liliPortuguese will be considered a plus. /liliAdvanced proficiency in MS Office. /li /ulpbr/ppOther /pulliAvailability to travel occasionally within Spain and Portugal. /liliExperience in the education sector will be valued, although it is not essential. /liliImmediate availability (this is an urgent position) /liliAvailability for a hybrid working model (3 days remote working and 2 days office-based in Alcobendas). /li /ulpbr/ppbISP Commitment to Safeguarding Principles /b /ppbr/ppISP is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
