Role Description
This is a hybrid model Sales Specialist role at Watatu Travel, most of it remotely but in or around Barcelona. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing clients and potential customers through inbound, emails, Zoom Calls, and chats. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for providing product knowledge. The role will require extensive sales and customer service and communication skills.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication, Customer Service, and Sales Skills
Euskera, Spanish and English speaker
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Experience in the travel and tourism industry
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tourism, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
