Experteer Overview In this role you will manage end-to-end material supply to ensure on-time, in-full delivery while optimizing order sizes and reducing obsolescence. You will own MRP parameter management, consolidate cross-category needs, and address exceptions to align with the production plan. You’ll pro-actively identify sourcing risks and coordinate actions with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll analyze inventory and drive safety stock strategies, while owning the material planning process and supporting continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with procurement and suppliers on RCCP and Phase In/Phase Out activities to sustain service levels and sustainability goals.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Execute end-to-end material supply to meet on-time, in-full requirements and minimize obsoletes
- Manage MRP parameters and master data; consolidate cross-category requirements; resolve MRP exceptions
- Identify sourcing risks/opportunities; escalate critical issues and implement corrective actions
- Support material inventory analysis: review policies, track slow-movers, monitor obsoletes, and implement safety stock strategies
- Own and improve the material planning process; develop training materials and ensure proper execution and documentation
- Run Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) with Procurement and LTFC, aligning with the production plan
- Lead Phase In Phase Out (PIPO) processes to maintain service levels while minimizing obsoletes
- Collaborate within SCP Hub and with SCP peers to act as one team
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisorResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in business administration or engineering (focus on supply chain)
- 1-2 years in a Supply Planning role; FMCG experience advantageous
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience advantageous
- Problem-solving attitude and team orientation
