Responsibilities
* Be responsible for the full business and recruitment process.
* Define a commercial strategy to manage a client portfolio.
* Develop your commercial activity by prospecting and opening new accounts.
* Understand clients’ needs and challenges to act as a referral through the process.
* Identify and define the best strategy for your hiring plan, and implement the best way to screen candidate CVs (sourcing, events, synergies, communities, …).
* Qualify candidates through interviews and act as a coach during their job investigation.
* Manage and organise candidate/client meetings.
* Optimise talent attraction and employer branding to find the best solutions.
* Build trustworthy and strong relationships with business partners to advise, influence and impact recruiting success.
* Be a real lever for your candidates’ career plans, building social and trust relationships.
* Govern your business unit: choose strategies to duplicate the business.
* Share results and ideas to optimise processes and the organisation.
Qualifications
* Open‑mind, sociable, and resilient to take on challenging projects.
* Experience as a business developer for a recruitment agency or a startup (not mandatory).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a fast‑paced environment.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
* Interest in technology and innovation, proactive to learn new competences.
* Methodical, organised, and capable of multitasking in an innovative setting.
* Able to prioritise and respect deadlines.
* Resolute and persuasive, able to understand interlocutors’ aspirations and motivations.
* Willing to be part of a great team.
